With third-party delivery fees cutting heavily into margins for restaurants— for a brand like Flower Child whose food costs are high it’s almost impossible to do delivery via a third-party platform and still make a buck. We needed to get out of the reliance of third-party delivery services. And Olo was the online ordering platform to set us free.
